1. The unit is controlled by a PLC programmable controller. The operation program is independently designed and
developed with strong control logic, high anti-interference, cold and heat resistance, sensitive response, and complete functions.
The PLC programmable controller uses an LCD and it's convenient and intuitive for use.
2. The controller can set parameters, and the set parameters are password protected to prevent non-professionals
from misoperation to ensure the safety of the unit. The controller can display the operating parameters, operating status,
unit alarms, operating time, and operating instructions of the unit. The unit alarms are divided into current alarms and historical alarms to provide convenience and a basis for finding the cause of the fault.
3. The controller can control the compressor to automatically unload or load according to the load change, keeping the air temperature within the set range. As an option, each PLC programmable controller is equipped with an RS485 standard communication interface and open communication protocol. Through the network line, the operator can remotely monitor the unit operation through the PC and can easily access the building's automatic control system.
4. The controller adopts intelligent defrosting in the defrosting mode, which truly reflects the on-demand defrosting. The unit monitors the ambient temperature and evaporating pressure in real-time through sensors. When the quantity changes between the two and other requirements are also met, the defrost starts. When the high pressure of the unit reaches the set value or the defrost time reaches the standard, the defrost ends. At the end of the defrosting, enter the blow-drying process, that is when the
defrosting is about to end, start the fan first, dry the moisture on the heat exchanger, and then enter the heating mode to ensure that the unit is put into the heat pump operation after defrosting, and the same with the first start-up, thus increasing the defrost interval time.
